Sukma, S.Sos began her journey at Yayasan Sikola Mombine in 2021 as a Community Organizer in Mpanau Village under a community empowerment program in collaboration with Save the Children. In this role, she was actively involved in community facilitation, group strengthening, and increasing community participation to improve family and community well-being.

In 2023, she continued her work as a Community Organizer, this time focusing on a stunting prevention program, where she contributed to strengthening family capacity, improving basic health practices, and supporting community-based interventions aimed at reducing stunting risks at the household level.

Her dedication to social development work led to her appointment in 2024 as a permanent staff member of Yayasan Sikola Mombine, serving within the Secretariat Division. She supported the organization’s administrative governance, internal coordination, and operational needs.

In 2025, Sukma was once again entrusted with the role of Community Organizer in a child protection consultancy program covering the Biromaru and Ulujadi areas. In this position, she played a key role in strengthening community-based child protection mechanisms, facilitating local advocacy, and supporting community groups to foster a safe environment for children.

In addition to her programmatic duties, Sukma also holds an internal position as Asset Management Staff, responsible for ensuring transparent, orderly, and effective management of the organization’s assets to support institutional operations.

With her diverse experiences, strong adaptability, and dedication to supporting vulnerable groups, Sukma continues to be an essential contributor to Yayasan Sikola Mombine’s mission to promote inclusive and sustainable social change within its partner communities.
