ASB Indonesia and Sikola Mombine Foundation opens career opportunities as consultants: Photographer, Videographer, and Video Editor for PAKAGASI Program Coverage in Sigi, Palu

POSITION
Photographer, videographer, and Video Editor
PERIOD OF WORK
April-Juli 2025
PURPOSE
Providing services for capturing photos and creating five 5 to 8-minute landscape videos and five 30-second portrait videos (modified from landscape videos), handling every aspect from shooting to end-product. During the production process, the consultant is expected to active provide feedback on the plan, concept, and technical aspects to ASB’s communications team.
TECHNICAL GUIDLINE
- Coordinate with the communication officer to plan photo and video production
- Conduct photo and video shoots on 14-18 April 2025 (tentative)
- Curate and develop post-shoot video outcome plans
- Edit photos and videos include VO and subtitles in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Revise based on feedback provided, with up to 3 revision rounds for each product
- Back up all raw files in the provided folder
- Deliver for output by 30 July 2025
PROPOSAL INFORMATION
Proposal should include
- Short CV of the consultant (no more than 2 pages). If applying in a team, send the CV of the lead consultant and a concise summary of the team
- If applying under a PT, CV, or organisation, please ensure that the entity has legal status and a registered taxpayer identification number (NPWP)
- A rough plan, idea, or storyline outlining their proposed approach. Including outline of key activities/work plan and personnel involved to achieve the required deliverables and overall aim
- Examples of relevant work and materials produced, as well as references or testimonials from previous partners or clients, may be included as links or appendices for futher consideration.
- Budget proposal in Indonesian Rupiah and gross amount, include all expenses:
- Travel cost, meals, accomodation, and per diems during times of travel from the consultant’s home base for the concultacy (Accomodation and flights booking must be managed independently by the consultant).
- Daily rate for individual team members, inclusive insurance.
